Call me cliche, say what you want, but honestly, my religion has completely shaped who I am and everything about me. The temple especially has had a huge impact in my life. There is not a building in the world that compares to an LDS temple. The feelings I've had while in the temple, on the temple grounds, or even just thinking about the temple really have left lasting impressions in my life. My number one goal in life is to be married for time and all eternity in the temple to the love of my life, and I can't wait till that happens. This goal really has fueled so many of my choices in life. I know that this building alone can bring me more joy and happiness than anything else. The Bountiful temple in particular has completely changed me. I don't know how I would have gone through high school without it being so close. Many a nights were spent parked out side of the Bountiful temple just thinking about my life and choices that came into it. I am so grateful that I was blessed to be born into the church and to live so close to the temple. Call me a sappy Mormon, but this is my blog, and this is how I feel (:
